— A Milton teen has been found guilty of criminal property damage after a reported break-in to Milton High School in July. Aaron M. Davis, 17, of 11625 Nelson St., Milton, on Thursday pleaded no contest to the criminal property damage charge. Charges of burglary and theft were dismissed, according to online court documents.

Judge Richard Werner withheld sentence and ordered two years of probation.

Davis in August told police that in early July he climbed a tower and got onto the roof of Milton High School, 114 W. High St. He and another person filled a duffel bag with laptops and electronic scales. They then broke into the school store where they took clothing and drinks, according to the complaint.
