Fury offense comes alive
Darrel Moore is beginning to see improvement in his Rock County Fury girls hockey squad.
Rock County defeated host Beaver Dam, 8-1, as Katie Maegli had a hat trick and Alyx Richards scored twice.
"We made some beautiful goals," Moore said. "Our vision on the ice is improving. We are starting to come together as team."
Richards scored her first goal just nine seconds after Bailey McKillips had put the Fury on top, 1-0. Richards added her second goal just 10 seconds into the third period.
The Fury plays at Monroe at 7 p.m. Friday.
