Sex offender going to Rock Valley

— The Rock County Sheriff’s Office has announced that convicted sex offender Andre J. Deleu, 45, will be released to the Rock Valley Community Programs on Tuesday.

Deleu was convicted of first-degree sexual assault of a child and forgery in November 1990, according to the state Department of Corrections.

The sheriff’s office and the DOC notifies the public when convicted sex offenders are released to local programs and facilities.

While in Rock Valley Community Programs at 203 W. Sunny Lane, Janesville, Deleu must comply with standard sex offender rules and adhere to the following conditions:

-- No unsupervised activities in the community without prior approval of correctional program supervisors.

-- No contact with minors, no patronizing taverns, bars or liquor stores and no contact with victims.

-- No consumption of alcohol or drugs and cooperate with electronic monitoring.
