Highway 14, No. 12, Janesville, at 11 p.m. Wednesday on a charge of physical abuse to a child. LISA ANN IKARD, 1601 N. Sixth St., Rockford, at 9 a.m. Friday, taken into custody at Rock County jail on suspicion of forgery.
Intoxicated driving arrests
MICHAEL J. SIMMS, 27, of 1717 N. Parker Drive, Janesville, at 2:49 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of Holiday and Sherwood drives. THOMAS J. BLUHM, 26, of 120 N. River St., Janesville, at the intersection of Milton Avenue and Creston Park Drive. He was also cited for operating after suspension.
