-- CURTIS W. REDMOND, 31, of 427 W. Racine St., Janesville, at 3:51 p.m. Tuesday at 214 S. Pearl St., Janesville, on a charge of strangulation.
-- ANTHONY T. FARBERG, 26, of 1431 S. Marion Ave., Janesville, at 12:50 p.m. Tuesday at Wal-Mart, 3800 Deerfield Drive, Janesville, on charges of felony retail theft, felony bail jumping and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is accused of leaving the store with a basket full of DVDs and fleeing across the parking lot and Interstate 90/39. An officer found him hiding behind Kmart and took him back to Wal-Mart.
