-- KENDALL A. HILTS, 18, of 15 Elliot St., Janesville, with first-degree sexual assault of a child younger than 16. He is accused of assaulting a teen girl he knows on Dec. 22 in Janesville.
-- DAWN M. KUENNEN, 50, of 1811 Green Forest Run, No. 210, Janesville, with felony bail jumping. She is accused of consuming alcohol on Jan. 3 in Janesville. She is charged with sixth-offense intoxicated driving and is prohibited from consuming alcohol while the case is open.
-- DALE A. CHAPMAN, 65, of 518 N. Garfield Ave., Janesville, with felony possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was arrested after being stopped on suspicion of speeding on Jan. 2 in the town of Rock.
Intoxicated driving arrests
-- BRENDA K. KUNTZ, 51, of 208 S. Pearl St., Janesville, at 1 a.m. Sunday at Linn Street and Rockport Road, Janesville. It was reported as her second arrest for intoxicated driving.

-- GIRL IN RIVER reported around 4:16 p.m. Monday after the Janesville Fire Department was called to a residence in the 300 block of Wilson Avenue, Janesville, for a 14-year-old girl who was evaluated for exposure and transported to Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center, Janesville. A friend apparently pulled the girl from the river. No other information was available.

-- OAKHILL AND KELLOGG AVENUES, JANESVILLE, at 4:15 p.m. Monday. One person was transported for medical treatment from this two-vehicle accident. No other information immediately available.
Fires
-- ATTIC FIRE at 606 Colby St., Orfordville, at 10:23 p.m. Sunday. An electrical fire started in and was contained to the attic of a one-story home. Damage was estimated at about $50,000. Footville firefighters assisted the Orfordville Fire Department.

Intoxicated driving arrests
-- CORBIN G. HAMILTON, 20, Monticello, at 2:52 p.m. Sunday in the W1700 block of County EE, town of Albany. It was listed as Hamilton's second intoxicated-driving arrest. Also arrested on charges of domestic disorderly conducted and cited for reckless driving.
-- RICHARD T. FLYNN, 66, Brodhead, at 11:59 p.m. Dec. 31 in the 600 block of 10th Street, Brodhead. He also was cited for lane deviation.
