-- TONY J. HARMON, 22, 1302 Copeland Ave., Beloit, at 12:42 a.m. Saturday on West Court Street at Madison Street in Janesville, on a charge of felon in possession of a firearm and carrying a concealed weapon. The charges are the result of a traffic stop.
-- KYLE R. ZUMACH, 25, 942 Lincoln Ave., Beloit, at 8 p.m. Sunday at 1969 W. Hart Road, Beloit, on a charge of operating a vehicle without the consent of the owner. The arrest followed a report that a vehicle had been stolen earlier from a home in the first block of Jackman Street in Janesville.
Charged
-- ROBERT M. HARRIED, 20, of 262 County N, Edgerton, with burglary, two counts of felony theft and misdemeanor theft. He is accused of taking ATVs, snowblowers, a snowmobile, other equipment and a trailer full of scrap metal in September 2011, April 2012 and May 2012 from properties in the towns of Janesville, Magnolia and Union. The total value of the property was listed as $6,000.
-- OKSANA PINKHASIK, 41, of 332 Lincoln St., Janesville, with felony bail jumping and disorderly conduct. She is accused of shouting at and threatening a neighbor on Wednesday at her home.
-- TYLER D. SYMMONDS, 20, of 1140 Ritsher St., Beloit, with substantial battery. He is accused of punching a man in the face Tuesday at a residence in the town of Rock.
