A ball point pen? For defense? So how long before we need an ID to purchase them and have a license to carry a concealed one? Lol. Would the ones with the push buttons and gel grips be considered "assault pens"?

didn't you hear...people are supposed to defend themselves with ballpoint pens and whistles(according to Colorado Democrat Rep. Joe Salazar).

This is Obama's sequestration. He made the deal, he INSISTED on it, and he signed it. Now he is backing out of the deal made, after already getting the money. Time for the spending cuts he agreed to make.
