Arrests

-- MAUREEN P. MAZZOLA, 43, and ROGER W. MAZZOLA, 54, both of 505 Lawson School Road, No. 2, Delavan, at 5:45 p.m. Friday at Best Buy, 2850 Deerfield Drive, Janesville, each on a charge of misappropriation of personal identifying information and felony financial card crimes. Police say they were in the store to pick up two computers and a cellphone charged to a fraudulent credit card. Police also say they were in the store Wednesday to pick up another computer under another credit card.

-- ELIZABETH J. NIEDERMEIER, 27, unknown address, at 6:40 p.m. Friday at 302 St. Lawrence Ave., Janesville, on charges of trespass to land, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotic drugs.

-- JAVARIS L. LEWLETT, 27, of 176 1/2 S. Franklin St, Janesville, at 3:17 a.m. Saturday at the Janesville Police Department on charges of substantial battery with intent to cause bodily harm, false imprisonment and misappropriation of personal identifying information.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- THOMAS K. WALSH, 60, Lancaster, at 2:12 a.m. Feb. 8 at Highway 59 and Goede Road in the town of Fulton.

-- CHADD M. PATCHAK, 28, of 6219 S. Highway 51, No. 304, Janesville, at 5:06 a.m. Tuesday at Harmony Town Hall and Bingham roads in the town of Harmony. The arrest was listed as Patchak's second on an intoxicated driving charge. He also was ticketed for failure to stop.

-- MISTY D. ROGERS, 32, of 3420 Parkview Drive, Janesville, at 12:40 a.m. Sunday at Jackson and Racine streets.

Reported

-- BURGLARY reported at 4:39 a.m. Feb. 9 to a home in the 300 block of East Racine Street, Janesville. A ladder was placed against the house, and a piece of weather stripping was torn from a door. Nothing was reported stolen.

-- BURGLARY reported at 6:37 p.m. Saturday to a home in the 2300 block of East Milwaukee Street, Janesville. A television, video gaming systems and games were reported stolen.
