-- JENNIE A. MILLER, 29, 8341 N. Newville Road, Janesville, at 9:20 a.m. Friday in the 4700 block of West Highway 14 on a warrant for June charges of bail jumping, theft, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics.

-- DONALD E. CLAUER, 51, of 2322 Mount Zion Ave., Janesville, at 1:15 p.m. Sunday on Milwaukee Street at Harmony Drive in Janesville.
-- TIMOTHY L. MCQUADE, 42, of 1415 Frederick St., Janesville, at 12:02 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of Ashland Avenue and Washington Street, Janesville.
-- MICKEY R. PLOOF, 35, of 1166 N. Parker Drive, Janesville, at 4:17 a.m. Saturday at Kwik Trip, 254 E. Memorial Drive, Janesville.

-- THEFT BY DECEPTION reported at 1:41 p.m. Friday by a 90-year-old Janesville woman who reported that she wired $2,000 to "someone" after being told her grandson was being held in a Mexican jail. She later learned the grandson was not in jail.
-- OPERATING A VEHICLE WITHOUT THE OWNER'S CONSENT reported at 5:25 p.m. Sunday. A 2000 Dodge Neon was reported stolen from the 600 block of Skylark Lane in Janesville.
-- BURGLARY reported at 9:38 a.m. Saturday. Two bicycles, valued at a total of $690, were reported stolen from a garage in the 1700 block of South Chatham Street in Janesville.
-- BURGLARY reported at 1:02 p.m. Sunday. Three bicycles with a total value of $340 were reported stolen from a garage in the first block of Forest Park Boulevard in Janesville.
Accidents
-- HIGHWAY 14 WEST OF COUNTY H, town of Center, at 10:41 a.m. Friday. A car driven by Elsie M. Van Tassell, 84, of 1305 N. Parker Drive, Janesville, left the road and struck a mailbox and utility pole. Van Tassell was transported to Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center, Janesville, where she was reported to be in fair condition Monday.
-- 412 E. CENTERWAY in Janesville at 3:58 p.m. Thursday. Diana M. Willard, 37, of 421 E. Centerway, Janesville, was backing out of her driveway when her vehicle struck an electric scooter that was eastbound on the sidewalk along Centerway. The rider, Steve C. Meyer, 62, of 429 Cornelia St., Janesville, fell off the scooter. He was transported to a local hospital with injuries, but his condition was not available. No citations were issued.
Charged
-- ROSBEL I. VELEZ SALAZAR, 21, of 10 1/2 N. Catlin Street, Edgerton, with delivering cocaine and party to delivering cocaine. He is accused of selling cocaine to a confidential Edgerton Police Department informant in May and June in Edgerton.

-- ANDREW S. KJELLAND, 25, Milwaukee, at 12:35 a.m. Sept. 17 in the 1100 block of 1st Center Avenue, Brodhead, on charges of battery to a police officer, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
