-- RAYMOND E. LONGSTRETH, 32, of 878 E. Memorial Drive, Janesville, at 3:47 p.m. Saturday at the Janesville Police Department on charges of maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of marijuana and carrying a concealed weapon.
-- SPENCER D. EMERSON, 32, of 3704 Stuart St., No. 7, Janesville, at 6 p.m. Thursday at the Janesville Police Department on a charge of abuse to a child causing great bodily harm and a probation violation. Also arrested in the same incident was KELLY J. MARESCH, 24, of the same address on a charge of failure to act to prevent bodily harm of a child.

-- CAMERON M. HESS, 22, of 1426 Walnut St., Janesville, at 2:30 a.m. Sunday in the first block of North Parker Drive.
-- NUNDHUN KONGOBI, 26, of Houston, Texas, at 2:44 a.m. Sunday at East Milwaukee Street and Parker Place, Janesville.

-- OPERATING A MOTOR VEHICLE WITHOUT THE OWNER'S CONSENT, at 1:57 p.m. Friday in the 2200 block of East Racine Street, Janesville. The owner of a car got out to have a cigarette and two individuals that he knew left with the car.
Accidents
-- CENTER AVENUE AND DELAVAN DRIVE, JANESVILLE, at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday. A car driven by Stacy K. Suton, 29, of 1917 Peterson Ave., Janesville, was southbound on Center Avenue when she collided with a car driven by Heather J. Delara, 37, of 104 South Academy St., Janesville. Delara was stopped at a red light. She was reportedly transported for medical attention. Suton was cited for failure to maintain a safe distance between vehicles.
