Arrests

-- A 16-YEAR-OLD JANESVILLE BOY AND 15-YEAR-OLD JANESVILLE BOY at 3:36 a.m. Sunday in the 2900 block of Carrousel Lane, Janesville, on charges of burglary, possession of burglary tools and violation of curfew hours by a person younger than 17.

-- BRIAN FOELKER, 23, of 3102 Vold Court, No. 1, Janesville, on charges of battery to a public officer and resisting.

-- MICHAEL DONNELL HENNING II, 28, of 3605 Park View Drive, Janesville, at 2:40 p.m. Saturday at his residence on charges of substantial battery with intent to cause bodily harm during a domestic incident.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- MATTHEW RYAN DAVIS, 25, of 4324 Huntington Lane, Janesville, at 12:33 a.m. Monday at 4427 E. Rotamer Road, Janesville. The arrest was reported as his third on an intoxicated driving charge. He also was ticketed for open intoxicants in vehicle.

-- HAROLD W. BARNETT, 54, of 1706 S. Marion Ave., Janesville, at 4:27 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Laurel Avenue and Pine Street, Janesville. The arrest was reported as his third on an intoxicated driving charge.

-- DAMAGE TO PROPERTY discovered at 7:30 a.m. Saturday at Lustig Park, 1500 River View Drive, Janesville. Black spray paint graffiti was found on the exterior of the bathroom building and inside the women's bathroom.

-- DAMAGE TO PROPERTY discovered at 7:08 a.m. Saturday at South Crosby Avenue and Rockport Road, Janesville. A black swastika was spray painted on a sign on the bike path.

Green County

-- RYAN L. BERGEMANN, 36, Brodhead, at 3:19 p.m. Friday in the 600 block of 12th St., Brodhead on a charge of operating while revoked. Passenger PRECIOUS M. OLLER, 36, Brodhead, was arrested on an active warrant issued by Albany Municipal Court and released on a cash bond.

-- DAVID A. SCOFIELD JR., 23, Brodhead, at 6:40 a.m. Aug. 28 on a charge of operating after suspension. He was cited for permitting an unauthorized person to drive.
