-- ERIC M. MICEK, 32, of 314 N. Palm St., Janesville, at 11 a.m. Friday at Pearl and Johnson streets in Janesville on charges of resisting, theft and burglary. He is accused of taking 300 pounds of materials on Wednesday from a construction site on Arbor Ridge Way, Janesville. The materials were valued at $1,500.
-- BRADY C. STEUBE, 18, of 551 S. Main St., Janesville, at 3:25 p.m. Friday at Parker High School, 3125 Mineral Point Ave., Janesville, on a charge of battery after a fight between students.
Intoxicated driving arrests
-- AARON J. PASS, 44, of 1306 Church St., Janesville, at 1:17 a.m. Saturday at Crosby Avenue and Harvard Drive in Janesville. The arrest was listed as Pass' second on an intoxicated driving charge. An officer found Pass' truck stopped in the middle of the road on Crosby Avenue.

-- SHOTS FIRED at 3:27 a.m. Saturday in the area of Knoll View Drive and Austin Road in Janesville. Police investigated reports of bullet holes in a garage door, a home and vehicles parked in the 300 block of North Austin Road, Janesville.
