-- PRINCELL S. HODGES, 21, Waukesha, at 11:43 a.m. Saturday in the 1500 block of East Racine Street, Janesville, on a felony charge of intimidation of a victim and misdemeanor charges of battery and damage to property. He also was held on a probation violation.
-- CODY W. ANDREWS, 22, 2600 E. Racine St., No. 1, Janesville, on a charge of child neglect after a 3-year-old boy was found wandering and crying outside an apartment complex. The boy said his mother was at work and his father was at school. Andrews arrived at the scene and said he had been out looking for the boy. Witnesses, however, said he had been at a high school swim meet.
