Intoxicated driving arrests
-- SHANE C. LAVEEN, 36, of 1937 Hancock Lane, Janesville, at 2:43 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of South Jackson Street and Kellogg Avenue, Janesville. The arrest was reported as his third offense on an intoxicated driving charge.
-- JOSHUA J. ELSBERRY, 21, of 1711 Hawthorne Ave., Janesville, at 1:18 a.m. Sunday, at the intersection of Greendale Drive and Ruger Avenue, Janesville.
-- KEITH J. PINNEY, 26, of De Pere, at 2:50 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of south Jackson and State streets, Janesville.
-- 14 -YEAR-OLD AND 13-YEAR-OLD JANESVILLE BOYS at 8:03 p.m. Oct. 7 in the 1700 block of South Crosby Avenue, Janesville, were referred to juvenile authorities on charges of burglary and theft. The 14-year-old also was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.
-- TEAUGE T. MARKO, 29 of 3107 Palmer Drive, No. 14, Janesville, at 10:29 p.m. Friday on charges of forgery and retail theft. He was taken into custody on Beloit and Janesville warrants.
-- JULIUS D. DARY, 20, of 1220 S. Pearl St., Janesville, at 9:16 p.m. Friday on charges of damage to property and bail jumping.

-- VANDALISM reported at 5:25 p.m. Friday, in the 1500 block of East Mineral Point, Janesville, after the owner of a 1995 Oldsmobile Ciera discovered someone had shattered the driver's side window of her vehicle.
-- DAMAGE TO PROPERTY reported at 5:13 p.m. Friday to a vehicle in the south lot of the Janesville Mall, 2500 Milton Ave.
Accidents
-- MILTON AVENUE AND HUMES ROAD, Janesville, at 3:54 p.m. Friday. A vehicle driven by Matthew F. Ziegelbauer, 24, of Beloit failed to yield right-of-way when he turned left onto Humes Road in front of another vehicle, driven by Cory Zoellick, 29, of 4311 Kingsford Drive, Janesville. Zoellick was taken to St. Mary's Janesville Hospital, where he was treated and released.
Fire
-- ELECTRICAL FIRE at 7:54 p.m. Saturday at Fazoli's Restaurant, 2105 Humes Road, Janesville. Damage was estimated at $31,000. The restaurant was closed after the fire and had not re-opened Sunday.
