-- GEORGE D. ASH, 22, of 478 Terrace St., Janesville, at 3:30 p.m. Monday at home on charges of manufacturing or delivering marijuana, maintaining a drug-trafficking place and suspicion of parole violation.
-- JAMIE R. ANDERSON, 38, Verona, at 1 a.m. Monday at the Monroe County Jail, Sparta, on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on charges of disorderly conduct, strangulation and battery. He is accused of attacking a woman he knows in March in Janesville.
-- KAY M. KETTLE, 53, of 11457 N. Lakeview Drive, Edgerton, at 5:50 p.m. Sept. 26 at the Janesville Police Department on a charge of misdemeanor theft.
Intoxicated driving arrests
-- JOSE ANTONIO GUERRERO MARTINEZ, 35, of 1105 Kellogg Ave., Apt. C2, Janesville, at 10:16 p.m. Sunday at 1717 Center Ave., Janesville. Police were called after a crash in the parking lot at that address.
-- LUKAS C. NICKS, 19, of 436 Cherry St., Evansville, at 4:48 a.m. Monday in the 2000 block of North Washington St., Janesville. He was also cited for operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration.

-- BURGLARY, reported at 7:13 a.m. Sept. 14 at 16971 W. Lilac Lane, Janesville. Reported stolen were five compound bows and cases. The weapons were recovered.
Accidents
-- HIGHWAY 59 AT COUNTY M in the town of Milton at 1 p.m. Thursday. Patricia E. Slatter, 38, of 208 N. Main St., No. 407, Janesville, was driving east on Highway 59 through a roundabout when she became sick. She drove over a curb, and her tire blew. Slatter was treated and released from Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center, Janesville. She was ticketed for failure to have her vehicle under control.
-- AVALON ROAD EAST OF EMERALD GROVE ROAD in the town of Bradford at 12:07 p.m. Sept. 20. Leroy M. Quillman Jr., 45, of 424 Cherry St., Janesville, was driving east on Avalon Road when a tire blew on his Ford Explorer. The car went into the south ditch, rolled, and started on fire. Quillman was treated and released from St. Mary's Janesville Hospital. He was not ticketed.
-- DEERFIELD DRIVE in Janesville at 6:32 p.m. Sunday. A car driven by Michael P. Schlueter, 20, of 168 Lewis St., No. 3, Elkhorn, was northbound on Deerfield Drive near Walmart when he lost control of his vehicle. The car skidded and rolled over. Schlueter and a passenger in his car, Courtney N. Hanssen, 19, of 2520 Tilden Ave., Delavan, were treated and released from Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center, Janesville. Schlueter was cited for driving too fast for conditions.

-- JACOURTNEY M. TICEY, 28, Brodhead, at 6:26 p.m. Sept. 25 in the 600 block of East Exchange Street, Brodhead, on a federal warrant charging him with failing to comply with sentencing conditions following a 2008 conviction for cocaine distribution.
