-- ROBERT L. SAPP, 26, 317 Linn St., Janesville at 4:26 p.m. Sunday in the 1700 block of South Osborne Avenue, Janesville, on a charge of manufacturing/delivering marijuana.
Intoxicated driving arrests
-- STEPHEN J. KADAMIAN, 23, of Rockton, Ill., at 1:40 a.m. Sunday at Main and Milwaukee streets, Janesville, after he was seen driving the wrong way on a one-way street.
-- COLE J. MEREDITH, 33, Viroqua, at 8:35 p.m. Sept. 22 on Highway 14 north of Highway 59 in the town of Union. He also was ticketed for driver having open intoxicants in the vehicle and failure to have the vehicle under control. Meredith was driving south on Highway 14. He veered into the right shoulder, overcorrected and drove into the northbound lane. He overcorrected again and went into the right ditch where his Ford Explorer rolled into a utility pole.
-- NARA SAM, 51, of 1526 Greenwich Lane, Janesville, at 8:40 p.m. Sept. 23 on Highway 51 north of Townline Road in the town of Rock. He also was ticketed for operating after suspension.
Charged
-- TIM P. BRADLEY, 52, of 312 Swift St., Edgerton, with violating a domestic abuse injunction and felony bail jumping. He is accused of violating the restraining order Sept. 29 in Edgerton.
-- NICKY L. CANNON, 45, of 509 Kenwood Ave., Beloit, with battery by prisoner, a felony; disorderly conduct; and bail jumping. He is accused of punching an inmate Sept. 27 at the Rock County Jail.
