Arrests
-- ETHAN HOLZ, 21, 1321 Vernon Ave., Beloit, arrested Sunday at 5:18 a.m. at 1321 Lexington Dr. No. 11, Janesville. Reports indicate Holz was arrested for false imprisonment, a felony, and misdemeanor battery after a physical confrontation with a female. Officers said Holz attempted to prevent the female from contacting police.
Intoxicated driving arrests
-- LINDA VANSTONE MYERS, 45, W5221 Tippecanoe Trail, Elkhorn, at 9:33 p.m. Friday following a two-car traffic accident at Pontiac Drive and Highway 14 in Janesville.
-- JENNIFER HUGHES, 25, 900 Van Buren St, Fort Atkinson, at 1:51 a.m. Sunday at Black Bridge Road and North Pontiac Drive. Officers report observing Hughes drive through a flashing red light at the intersection of North Parker Drive and Centerway in Janesville in excess of 90 miles per hour.

-- FELONY THEFT of earrings from Kay Jewelers, 2500 Milton Ave., Janesville, sometime on Nov. 16. The incident, reported Sunday, valued the jewelry between $500 and $5,000.
-- SHOTS FIRED. Officers responded to a complaint of shots fired Sunday at 2:20 a.m. They reported that there were no shots, but fireworks were set off at Wedges Bar, 2006 N. Washington, Janesville. Officers report customers in the bar after hours. They issued a warning to the bar manager.
Accidents
-- A TWO-CAR ACCIDENT SATURDAY AT 4:54 p.m. AT THE INTERSECTION OF SOUTH CHERRY AND WEST VAN BUREN. Ladophlins Richardson, 27, 1856 Northgate Drive, Beloit, was issued a citation for knowingly operating while license revoked causing property damage. Mary Scieszinski, 66, 4345 Chadwyck, Janesville was issued a citation for failure to yield right of way. Richardson was transported to Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center for lower back pain.
