Burlington dominates all-state volleyball list

Burlington, which won the Division 1 state girls volleyball title, dominates the Wisconsin Volleyball Coaches Association all-state selections.

The Demons have three players on the first team and one on the third team.

East Troy, which won the Rock Valley Conference tournament title, is represented on the first team by junior setter Brittney Jakscht. Freshman Mary Dodge and junior Mykie Olsen were named to the second team for East Troy.

Walworth Big Foot's Katarina Rotta, a senior, was named to the second team.

To qualify for all-state recognition, a player's coach must be a member of the WVCA.
