-- BURGLARY reported at 7:24 p.m. Tuesday to a home in the 4900 block of Read Road in the town of La Prairie. A shotgun valued at $350 was reported stolen.
-- THEFT reported at 4:18 p.m. Monday in the 10000 block of North East Union Road in the town of Union. About 400 concrete forms valued at $16,000 were reported stolen.
-- THEFT reported at 3:15 p.m. Tuesday in the 4000 block of Discovery Drive, Janesville. A wallet containing about $50 was stolen from a vehicle, and damage was reported to the vehicle's window.
-- THEFT reported at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in the 3700 block of West River Drive in the town of Janesville. A pontoon boat was reported as stolen sometime earlier in October.

-- THOMAS D. FOWLER JR., 31, 1020 Portland Ave., Beloit, with substantial battery, disorderly conduct, child neglect and obstructing. He is accused of punching a woman and driving from the scene with an unrestrained 1-year-old child in the car Oct. 28 in Janesville.
