-- CLINTON S. WEBB, 42, 11636 N. Circle Drive, Milton, at 7:23 p.m. Friday at home on charges of substantial battery and disorderly conduct.
-- DESMOND D. SHAW, 34, 1742 S. Osborne Ave., Janesville, at 10:29 p.m. Sunday at the Rock County Jail for substantial battery and battery by a prisoner.
-- ANDREW A. STOCKS, 27, Gratiot, at 12:15 p.m. Monday at the Winneshiek County Jail, Decorah, Iowa, on a warrant accusing him of felony theft from a business setting. He is accused of taking a check for a load of hay he never delivered to a Rock County farmer.
-- JORDAN M. MOORE, 31, of 231 Gilbert St., Footville at 9:25 a.m. Tuesday at the Janesville Police Department on charges of suffocation/strangulation, false imprisonment and battery. Moore is charged with strangling and striking a 31-year-old woman he knew.
Intoxicated driving arrests
-- VANESSA F. WITTNEBEL, 23, 222 N. Franklin St., Apt. 209, Janesville, at 1:31 a.m. Saturday on Highway 11 west of South Footville Road in the town of Plymouth. Wettnebel also was arrested for operating after suspension and speeding.
-- DONALD M. DAER, 47, 4620 East County A, Janesville, at 5:42 a.m. Monday at home. The arrest was listed as his second on an intoxicated driving charge.
-- CASEY L. MUELLER, 28, of 32 S. Pontiac Drive, Janesville, at 8:20 p.m. Oct. 25 at Highway 11 and Read Road in the town of La Prairie. He also was ticketed for operating after suspension.
-- PAMELA L. CLARK, 53, of 1511 Blaine Ave., Janesville, at 2:07 a.m. Saturday at Court Street and Garfield Avenue, Janesville.
