Beloit Snappers beat Kane County in 11

— The Beloit Snappers worked overtime for a Midwest League victory Tuesday afternoon.

Jonathan Goncalves doubled to lead off the top of the 11th inning and scored on an error to lift the Snappers to 5-4 win over Kane County.

Beloit led 4-1 in the eighth thanks to home runs from Nate Roberts, Eddie Rosario and Miguel Sano, but Kane County tied the game with a run in the eighth and two in the ninth.

David Hurlbut (2-0) picked up the win with two scoreless innings.

Beloit continues on its seven-game trip with a three-game series beginning tonight at Quad Cities.
