Janesville Craig, Lake Mills tie in girls soccer

— Craig High settled for a 2-2 tie Monday with Lake Mills in a nonconfernce double overtime girls soccer match.

The L-Cats’ Becca Keller tied the match with an unassisted goal with 10 seconds remaining in regulation.

Craig is 8-8-5 overall.

“We got a little greedy and pushed up,” Craig coach Bill McCabe said. “(Keller) went up the middle and we didn’t pick her up front or back.’’

Keller scored from 25 yards out to send the game into overtime.

Craig hosts Oregon at 7 p.m. Thursday.
