— Janesville Parker’s girls soccer team scored its third goal of the season Tuesday night but it wasn’t enough in an 8-1 nonconference loss to Lodi.

Parker (0-14) fell behind

4-0 at half and 8-0 before Kim Fields’ unassisted goal at 78:15 got Parker on the board.

“I keep trying to tell the girls that they have to make the most of their opportunities,” Parker coach Amy Wargowsky said. “It seems like when we do that, good things happen. We just aren’t doing it enough.”

Brianna Washington made 14 saves for Parker.
