— Arby's is relocating just north of its current location at 3333 Milton Ave. to 2101 Morse St. with plans to add breakfast and open earlier, said Abbey Ramsey, director of marketing for DRM Inc., the third largest franchisee in the Arby's system.

Construction and remodeling of the building at 2101 Morse St., which previously housed a Mexican restaurant, started in mid-March.

The expanded restaurant will be 3,500 square feet when it opens in May, Ramsey said.

Staff size will increase by 15 to 20 employees, she said.

The restaurant will serve breakfast from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

The breakfast menu will include egg biscuit, croissant and sourdough sandwiches as well as wraps, sausage gravy biscuits and outside-in cinnamon bites, Ramsey said.

The new location will continue to offer catering services.

Its full menu and catering menu can be found at drmarbys.com.

Arby's of Janesville has served the community for 33 years out of its Milton Avenue location and has consistently been a top performer in the company, Ramsey said.

"We will proudly serve as the entrance to our community for regular patrons and visitors alike," Ramsey said. "What better way to showcase our outstanding service and food than to be the first visible restaurant when entering town from the Interstate.

"DRM is happy to welcome a new location that boosts our curb appeal and allows us to better serve our customers with a larger dining room ... and introduction of Arby's breakfast."
