— A Janesville man accused of giving his son marijuana to sell at Parker High School has waived his right to a preliminary hearing.

Christopher J. Zoellner, 35, of 419 S. Crosby Ave., Janesville, is charged with maintaining a drug-trafficking place, possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Zoellner was arrested Feb. 22 after two Parker freshmen were referred to juvenile authorities on drug charges including possession of marijuana with intent to deliver. An investigation traced the source of the marijuana to Zoellner.

Police reported seizing 37 grams of marijuana as well as packaging material from Zoellner's home. Zoellner's arraignment is Wednesday, March 28. He was released from the Rock County Jail after paying a $650 bond.
