Rock County

-- JOSHUA L. THOMAS, 33, of 1533 Grand Ave., Beloit, at 12:18 a.m. Sunday at 1731 Happy Hollow Road, Janesville, on a felony fugitive complaint.

-- PHARON J. VOEGELI, 32, of 21 Jackson St., Evansville, at 4:22 a.m. Sunday at the Rock County Jail on a warrant accusing him of failing to report to jail.


-- GANG GRAFFITI on four residences, possibly related, reported Feb. 21 in the 2300 block of Rockport Road, 200 block of North Grant Avenue and 600 block of North Willard Avenue.


-- SUNSET DRIVE NORTH OF HARVARD DRIVE, at 1:55 p.m. Sunday. James A. Stavin, 62, of 511 Sunset Drive, Janesville, was riding a motorcycle north on Sunset Drive when he failed to make a right-hand curve. Stavin was thrown from the motorcycle, which landed on the north side of the road near 639 Sunset Drive. He was transported to St. Mary’s Janesville Hospital with injuries.


-- DEREK B. SYMONS, 28, of 545 S. Franklin St., Janesville, with strangulation and battery after a Jan. 7 domestic incident.

-- PAUL E. TUSA, 31, Oshkosh Correctional Institution, Oshkosh, with one count of robbery with threat of force. Tusa is accused of taking money in June 2009 from Mid America Bank, 2117 Milton Ave., Janesville.

-- DONALD J. MCKINNEY, 18, of 810 Master St., Beloit, with theft of moveable property. He is accused of not returning a vehicle left in his care.

-- EDDIE A. JONES, 23, of 803 S. Jackson St., Janesville, with manufacturing or delivering cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to deliver and two counts of maintaining a drug-trafficking place. He is accused of selling crack cocaine on Feb. 1 and Feb. 22 in Janesville.

Fire calls

-- 2018 COTTONWOOD DRIVE, JANESVILLE, at 4 p.m. Monday, for a reported fire started by cooking oil igniting on a stove. Damage estimated a $30,000 to the house and $20,000 to contents. No injuries reported. The owner was listed as Dwayne Armstrong.

Walworth County Court

-- GEORGE N. RACZYNSKI, 20, of W1136 Celandine Road, Pell Lake, misdemeanor battery and misdemeanor resisting/obstructing an officer, nine months jail with Huber. Charges of misdemeanor criminal damage to property and misdemeanor disorderly conduct were dismissed but read into court records.

-- ANTHONY J. ZERFAS, 26, of W6668 Barkers Road, Elkhorn, misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon, 30 days jail with Huber.

-- RYAN E. ADES, 42, of 24640 51st Place, Salem, misdemeanor OWI–third offense, 90 days jail with Huber, $1,200.

-- JOSHUA M. HERNANDEZ, 31, of N2020 Highway H, No. 206, , Lake Geneva, misdemeanor battery and misdemeanor disorderly conduct, six months jail with Huber.
