Arrested

-- FREDERICK D. FISCHER, 29, of 313 Higgins Drive, Evansville, at 8:48 p.m. Wednesday at the Rock County Jail on a bench warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on an intoxicated driving charge.


Reported

-- BURGLARY at 3:08 p.m. Wednesday to a home in the 200 block of South Randall Avenue, Janesville. A garage window and a television inside a parked van were broken. Nothing was reported stolen.


Accidents

-- HIGHWAY 51 AND COX ROAD in Fulton Township. At 4 p.m. Tuesday, Kathleen L. Knight, 71, of 7919 N. Tocoho Trail, Edgerton, was driving north on Highway 51 and was turning west onto Cox Road when her car was struck by a car driven by Chad W. Riggenberg, 36, of 538 N. Oakhill Ave., Janesville. Riggenberg was driving south on Highway 51. Knight was cited for failure to yield. She was transported by ambulance to a local hospital, but her condition was not available.


Charged

-- CODY A. CHIDESTER, 17, of 225 Milton Ave., No. 1, Janesville, with sexual assault of a child under 16. He is accused of having sexual intercourse in February with a girl he knows.

-- JOSEPH B. ELLEFSEN, 25, N140 Prairie St., Sharon, with strangulation and suffocation. He is accused of a Feb. 26 incident involving a woman he knows in East Troy.


-- JAMEL D. LEWIS, 23, 1114 S. Wells St., No. 1, Lake Geneva, with possession of marijuana, second and consecutive offense.


-- ALLEN D. MILES, 48, N3279 Highway H, Lake Geneva, with manufacture of THC.


-- CHELSEA J. BIEDERMAN, 23, 521 Sunset Drive, Elkhorn, with possession with intent to deliver heroin.


-- PHILLIP E. BERG, 23, 440 E. Fitzsimmons Road, Oak Creek, with three counts of delivery of marijuana.


-- DAVID GERALD SCOTT MICHALOSKY, 22, 2317 Prairie View Drive, Delavan, with operating while intoxicated causing injury, second and subsequent offense.


-- KEITH A. TURNER, 34, 111 S. Wisconsin St., No. 3, Elkhorn, with possession with intent to deliver narcotics, repeater.


-- VERNON E. NEASE III, 11 River Correctional Center, Canton, Ill., with burglary Jan. 22 in Richmond Township.
