What it is: Kunes Country Chevrolet, Cadillac of Delavan is undergoing a major facelift at its dealership at 1231 E. Geneva St. Construction of a new showroom front and expanded floor space is to meet General Motors corporate guidelines to provide a more consistent and cohesive look and brand for all its dealerships, according to Bob O'Neill, the Kunes advertising manager.

The project will provide a dramatic new look to the 40-year-old dealership. The facility is one of two Kunes dealerships in Delavan. Owner Gregg Kunes has four dealerships in his group.

O'Neill said the construction at the Delavan Chevrolet Cadillac dealership is expected to finish in September.
