Bank robbery suspect's plea delayed
ELKHORN A plea hearing was delayed Tuesday for a Lake Geneva man facing three charges of armed robbery.
Joshua M. Barrigar, 31, Lake Geneva, is charged with robbing three banks: two in Walworth County and one in Kenosha County. He is charged in connection with the Feb. 6 armed robbery of a bank in Twin Lakes, the Oct. 17 robbery of the PNC Bank in Lake Geneva and the Feb. 10 robbery of the Lake Geneva Chase Bank.
Barrigar's attorney, Assistant Public Defender Travis Schwantes, said Barrigar is expected to enter a guilty plea when he appears in court at 1 p.m. Wednesday, July 18.
The plea was delayed Tuesday pending consolidation of the Kenosha County charges into the Walworth County case, Schwantes said.
