— Michael Tonkin continues to dominate on the mound for the Beloit Snappers.

The reliever struck out all six batters he faced Tuesday night to lead the Snappers to a 5-4 win over the Peoria Chiefs at Pohlman Field.

Beloit trailed 3-1 in the fourth before scoring four runs. Adam Peterssen’s two-run single capped off the rally.

Matthew Summers improved to 6-3 with the win. Tonkin picked up his fifth save as Beloit remained five games behind front-running Wisconsin in the Western Division.
