-- DANIELLE B. KAI, 22, of 634 S. Main St., Apt. 1/2, Janesville, at 5:47 p.m. July 4 at 1639 Royal Oaks Drive, Janesville, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent.
-- NATHAN M. ETHERIDGE, 21, of 709 S. Washington St., Janesville, at 10:52 a.m. July 4 at home on charges of battery, resisting, strangulation, false imprisonment and violating parole.

-- KLYE D. ABRAHAMSON, 18, no fixed address, of 5:38 p.m. Sunday on West Skinner Road in the town of Beloit on a charge of operating a motor vehicle without an owner’s consent. Abrahamson is accused of taking a 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix.
Intoxicated driving arrests
-- SANDRA E. WESTPHAL, 69, of 102 Sinclair St., Janesville, at 12:29 a.m. July 4 at 3400 E. Racine St., Janesville, after authorities at St. Mary’s Janesville Hospital reorted that Westphal’s vehicle struck a sign on the property.
-- SHANE W. LUND, 35, of 6716 W. O’Neil Road, Janesville, at 4 a.m. July 1 on O’Neil Road east of Fox Road in the town of Center. The arrest was listed as Lund’s second on an intoxicated driving charge.
-- MICHAEL J. TAYLOR, 24, of 469 N. Chatham St., Janesville, at 10:12 a.m. Tuesday in the 2900 block of Venture Drive, Janesville. He also was arrested on a charge of fleeing to avoid arrest. Taylor was accused of fleeing police and leading them on a 7.1-mile pursuit.
-- JAMES A. HARRIET JR., 39, of 652½ 8th St., Beloit, at 2:48 a.m. June 30 at County G and Sunny Lane, town of Rock. It was listed as his third arrest on drunken driving charges. He also was cited for third offense operating with a prohibited blood alcohol level, operating while revoked and speeding.
