- MARTESE B. ANDERSON, 25, 303 St. Lawrence Ave., Beloit, taken into custody at 10:16 a.m. Wednesday at the Janesville Police Department, 100 N. Jackson St., Janesville, after being accused of receiving stolen property and forgery.
- BENJAMIN J. CARROLL, 28, of 616 S. Franklin St., Janesville, at 2:05 p.m. Thursday at Interstate 90/39 near Newville, for fleeing to avoid arrest. Carroll fled Janesville police when officers tried to stop his Nissan Altima after reports that Carroll wanted to harm himself with his vehicle. He fled police on Racine Street and led police on a pursuit northbound onto I-90/39 before he pulled over and was taken into custody near Newville.
- TIMOTHY L. LATHROP, 38, of 4307 Braxton Drive, Janesville, at 1:53 a.m. Thursday at his residence, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle without owner consent.
