Jets continue to rise
ONALASKA The Janesville Jets continue to soar in the NAHL’s Midwest Division.
Friday night against the Coulee Region Chill, Janesville got two goals from Chris Cattivera en route to a 4-1 win.
Janesville has 61 points to lead the Midwest Division and holds a 11-point lead over second-place St. Louis.
Darren McCormick and Adam Frank scored for the Jets in the first period before Cattivera made it 4-0 with back-to-back goals in the second period.
Janesville goalie Tony Kujava made 20 saves.
Game two of the series is tonight.
