Arrests

-- BRITTANY N. WALKER, 18, of 116 N. Pine St., Janesville, at 8 p.m. Tuesday at her residence on charges of possession with intent to deliver marijuana, resisting or obstructing an officer, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police reported confiscating about 3.2 ounces of suspected marijuana, a handgun, a facsimile handgun and a scale after executing a search warrant in an ongoing investigation. The report listed several suspects.


--MANUEL D. RIOS, 30, Madison, at 3 p.m. Monday at the Dane County Jail in Madison on Rock County bench warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of driving while intoxicated.


Intoxicated driving arrests

-- MELISSA M. MAXWORTHY, 25, of 1105 Monterey Lane, Janesville, at 10:02 p.m. Sunday at 309 Elliott St., Janesville. It was listed as her third arrest for intoxicated driving.


Accidents

-- NORTH PARKER DRIVE NEAR BA-WOOD LANE, JANESVILLE, at 2:07 p.m. Jan. 12. A car driven by Samantha V. Murph, 23, of 1233 N. Parker Drive, Janesville, was slowing to turn into a driveway when a pickup truck driven by Gordon L. Sperry, 71, of 1651 S. Crosby Ave., Janesville, collided with the car. A pickup truck driven by Jose F. Guzman, 46, of 2704 Black Bridge Road, Janesville, then collided with Sperry’s pickup. Sperry was treated and released at Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center, Janesville. Sperry was cited for following too closely. Guzman was cited for operating while suspended and having no insurance.

-- BURGLARY to a residence reported at 5:49 p.m. Dec. 31 in the 2400 block of Holiday Drive, Janesville. Five bottles of alcohol were reported taken.


-- BURGLARY to The Village Inn, 251 Depot St., Footville, reported Jan. 9. One hundred $2 bills were reported taken.
