UW-Rock County Rattlers fall short
UW-Rock County’s women’s basketball team ran out of time and players Wednesday night.
Visiting UW-Waukesha County scored 57 second-half points en route to a 103-82 Wisconsin Collegiate Conference win over the Rattlers.
Rock County (8-7, 7-4) dressed only five players, and Ashley Oldenburg was forced to sit out the final 16 minutes with an ankle injury.
Lindsay Oliver had a game-high 31 points for Rock County, and Melissa Harnack added 29.
The Rattlers play at UW-Fox Valley on Saturday.
