Warm weather has some Janesville area gardeners curious about the impact on outdoor plants.
Director of Horticulture at Rotary Gardens, Mark Dwyer, calls it the perfect storm. He says the lack of snow may be more troublesome than warm temperatures. He says some buds are beginning to swell on some plants, and others are emerging from the ground.
He says if winter doesn't get back on track in the next week or so, some plants might experience serious damage.
