Blumer, Milton hold off Kettle Moraine
Milton High withstood host Kettle Moraine’s fourth-quarter rally Monday to earn a 45-42 victory in nonconference girls basketball.
Milton improves to 12-5 overall and Kettle Moraine falls to 8-10.
The Lasers missed a game-tying three-point basket at the end of regulation.
Morgan Blumer scored 10 of her game-high 27 points in the second quarter to lift the Red Hawks to a 26-15 halftime lead. Milton led 35-30 after three quarters.
