Arraignment set for Nebraska man

ELKHORN — A Nebraska man is scheduled to enter a plea March 19 to charges he sexually assaulted a 13-year-old Lake Geneva girl late last year.
Jacob T. Cambridge, 21, Lincoln, Neb., on Monday waived his right to a preliminary hearing in Walworth County Court. Cambridge is charged with one count of sexual assault of a child younger than 16. He is free on a $10,000 cash bond.
The complaint alleges Cambridge met the girl on the Internet eight months before he took her Dec. 21 to a motel room in Elkhorn, where they had sexual contact. Cambridge faces 40 years in prison and a $100,000 fine if convicted.
