— Todd M. Uebele was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, his fourth offense, Saturday afternoon by Rock County Sheriff’s Office deputies.

The 51-year-old Watertown man also was cited for operating a motor vehicle after revocation and failure to install an ignition interlock device, according to a news release from the sheriff’s office.

Uebele was taken to the Rock County Jail where he remains jailed and is scheduled to make his initial court appearance today.

According to the news release: the Rock County Communications Center at 4:37 p.m. Saturday broadcast a traffic complaint of a green 1994 Lincoln town car driving erratically west on West Highway 11, near South Old Highway 11 in Plymouth Township. The vehicle was followed to 214 N. Main St., Orfordville, where a deputy saw the car parked in the driveway and occupied by Uebele.

Uebele was sitting in the driver’s seat with the keys in the ignition, and the hood of the car was warm to the deputy’s touch. Uebele admitted he had been drinking at the residence but not to driving. He refused to take field sobriety tests and was arrested.
