Clinton wins 11th straight, other scores
Clinton High’s boys basketball team continues to win.
The Cougars won their 11th straight game Thursday night with a
73-62 Rock Valley Conference crossover win over McFarland.
Clinton (15-1, 10-1 in Rock Valley South) led from start to finish in staying two games ahead of Brodhead in the Rock Valley South.
Cody Risseeuw scored 18 of his game-high 23 points in the first half for Clinton. Justin Langley added 20 points for the Cougars.

-- Parkview 75, Whitewater 64—Junior Charlie Thole hit four three-pointers en route to a 21-point game that helped host Parkview outlast visiting Whitewater.
Thole had plenty of support as the Vikings went to 2-9 in the Rock Valley South and 3-13 overall.
Jameson Lavery added 16 points, Garrett Reinhardt had 13, and Jared Masterson 10 in the victory.
Rigo Navejas led the Whippets (3-8, 4-11) with 17 points. Austin Morkved and Dan Schumacher each added 13 points.
