Arrests

-- WHITNEY L. STRICKLIN, 26, of 801 Sherman Ave., Janesville, at 7:45 p.m. Wednesday at 621 ½ Prairie Ave., Janesville, with delivery of Trazadone, an antidepressant. A 26-YEAR-OLD JANESVILLE WOMAN also was ticketed for being in possession of Trazadone. The arrests took place after a Nov. 26 drug investigation at a restaurant on Milton Avenue in Janesville.

-- BRANDON H. MARCH, 27, of 325 N. Washington St., No. 5, Janesville, at 3 p.m. Wednesday at the Janesville Police Department on a charge of being a felon in possession of a firearm. The arrest was part of an ongoing investigation and more information is not publicly available, according to police reports.

-- GRANT A. LARSON, 32, of 438 S. Ringold St., Janesville, at 10:50 p.m. Wednesday at home on charges of strangulation and misdemeanor battery after a physical altercation between residents in the back yard.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- RAYMOND F. DRAYS, 66, of 5142 W. O'Leary Road, Janesville, at 9:16 p.m. Sunday at Hayner and O'Leary roads in the town of Rock.

-- FELIPE N. RODRIGUEZ, 24, of 1122 Hackett St., Beloit, at 10:08 p.m. Dec. 16 at 10316 W. Highway 81 in the town of Newark. The arrest was listed as his second on an intoxicated driving charge.

-- ROBERT O. LEE, 73, of 22 Menhall Drive, Edgerton, at 6:25 p.m. Dec. 16 at highways 14 and 51 in the town of Janesville. Lee was southbound on Highway 51 when his car rear-ended a pickup truck driven by Roger H. Ellingsrud Jr., 44, of 701 Fremont St., Janesville. Ellingsrud was stopped at the light traveling south on Highway 51. Lee reversed and then changed gears. His car rear-ended the truck a second time. He reversed again and drove off. Lee was also ticketed for hit and run, causing injury by intoxicated driving, violating a traffic signal. Ellingsrud was transported to St. Mary’s Janesville Hospital where he was treated and released.

-- BURGLARY reported at 1:11 p.m. Tuesday to an empty house in the 1900 block of Mount Zion Avenue in Janesville. Reported stolen were copper tubing, copper wire and other plumbing items. The value of the property was reported as $1,100.

-- THEFT reported at 5:42 p.m. Dec. 14. A 38-year-old Janesville woman told police that $100 had been stolen from her account in $1 increments. Someone accessed her Pay Pal account through her Facebook account, she said.

-- BURGLARY reported at 9:22 p.m. Wednesday to a home in the 400 block of Center Avenue in Janesville. Reported stolen were $30 in loose change and a $50 Wal-Mart gift card.
