Court Commissioner Stephen Meyer entered not guilty pleas for Holly K. Flanagan, 34, of 1243 Ninth St., Beloit. She is charged with two counts of felony theft.

She is accused of taking nearly $22,000 from the Converse Elementary School PTO and charging nearly $5,400 of personal items on a credit card as an employee of the Boys & Girls Club.
