-- UNAUTHORIZED USE OF IDENTIFYING INFORMATION reported at 5:22 p.m. Dec. 12 in the 300 block of Gilbert Street, Footville. A man reported that his credit/debit card had been used in at an airport in Atlanta, Ga.
-- BURGLARY reported at 3:42 p.m. Saturday to a home in the 300 block of South Academy Street in Janesville. Reported stolen were a gaming system and games. A plasma-screen television was reported damaged.
-- DAMIAN D. RICE, 17, of 233 Vernal Ave., Janesville, with misdemeanor theft and two counts of felony bail jumping. He is accused of taking a game system and other items from a Milton home between Oct. 20 and Nov. 12.
