-- A 14-YEAR-OLD JANESVILLE BOY, at 6:44 p.m. Wednesday at 214 Pease Court, Janesville, was referred to juvenile authorities on warrants charging him with disorderly conduct, battery, resisting and escape.
-- ALLEN S. MEHRING, 22, no fixed address, Janesville, at 10 p.m. Wednesday at 409 E. Court St., Janesville, on a charge of felony property damage.
-- A 20-YEAR-OLD BELOIT MAN at 10:20 a.m. Saturday atthe Rock County Sheriff's Office, Janesville, on a charge of disorderly conduct. He s accused of kissing on the lips a 33-year-old woman sleeping in the booking area of the jail. He was upset about being in jail and thought the woman was his girlfriend, he told police.
-- MARK E. HORNBACK, 20, of 207 Ravine St., Janesville, at 6:20 a.m. Tuesday at 1717 Center Ave., Janesville, on charges of theft and party to crime. Also arrested was TY A. JACOBSON, 19, of 618 Cornelia St., Janesville, at 1:35 p.m. Tuesday at 2006 Center Ave., Janesville, on charges of burglary and theft. They are accused of taking a corn wagon valued at $800 as well as other items from a barn at 9403 N. Highway 14 in the town of Center.
Intoxicated driving arrests
-- DAVID A. FRANCIS JR., 27, of 601 S. Parker Drive, Janesville, at 9:37 p.m. Monday on Highway 51 at Highridge Drive in the town of Janesville.
-- JEREMY A. THOMPSON, 34, of 755 N. Tratt St., Lot 101, Whitewater, at 3:03 p.m. Saturday on County N east of County KK in the town of Lima. Thompson also was ticketed for operating left of center and operating after suspension.
Reported
-- BURGLARY reported at 11:24 a.m. Monday in the 11000 block of East County Line Road in the town of Lima. The property owner reported a $5 lock was cut on a shed that contains power tools and fuel. Nothing was reported stolen.
Accidents
-- HIGHWAY 11 AND RIVER ROAD, in the town of Rock at 4:37 a.m. Monday. Chad D. Lewis, 33, of 251 S. Gilbert St., Footville, was driving east on Highway 11 near River Road. Conditions were foggy. While navigating a curve, his pickup truck entered the north ditch, spun, became airborne and rolled into the median. Lewis was admitted to and then discharged from Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center, Janesville. He was ticketed for inattentive driving, driving too fast for conditions and operating after suspension of registration.

Accidents
-- COUNTY E AT BROOKLYN ALBANY ROAD IN THE TOWN OF ALBANY at 11:47 a.m. Wednesday, when a vehicle driven by Thomas D. Williamson, 44, Madison, collided in the intersection with a vehicle driven by Daniel W. Marshall, 39, Brooklyn. Investigators believe Williamson failed to stop for a stop sign. A passenger in Williamson's vehicle, Michael D. Ashbrook, 28, Mount Horeb, was transported to the Monroe Clinic for treatment. Williamson was transported by helicopter to UW Hospital in Madison, where he was reported in fair condition Thursday night.
