-- MARCUS T. MCKNUCKLE, 34, of 303 W. Sunny Lane, Janesville, at 5 p.m. Aug. 15 at the Rock County Jail on a charge of fraudulently obtaining prescription medication.

-- ELIJAH L. L'MINGGIO, 29, of 6219 S. Highway 51, No. 156, Janesville, at 4:32 p.m. Aug. 15 at home on warrants charging him with failing to appear in court on charges of failure to report to jail, forgery, possession of drug paraphernalia, violating parole and two counts of contempt of court.

-- CHRISTOPHER A. HONEYSETT, 22, no fixed address, at 9:45 a.m. Aug. 15 at 411 S. Main St., Apt. A, Janesville, on charges of manufacturing or delivering marijuana and maintaining a drug-trafficking place.

-- BURGLARY reported at 10:33 a.m. Aug. 15 at 3025 W. County M, Edgerton. Reported stolen were jewelry, cash, a video game, a DVD player and tools.

Accidents

-- LEXINGTON DRIVE AND HUMES ROAD, Melvin L. Updike, 91, of 2707 N. Lexington Drive, Janesville, at 5:43 p.m. Aug. 14 at Humes Road and Lexington Drive was stopped westbound on Humes Road. He reached over to the passenger seat, and his foot slipped off the brake. Updike's vehicle rolled into a vehicle driven by Shawn A. Linneman, 46, of 108 Seymore St., Sharon. A passenger in Linneman's car, Joan E. Laguff, 81, same address, was transported to St. Mary's Janesville Hospital with breathing difficulty. No citations were issued.

-- HIGHWAY 51 SOUTH OF KNILANS ROAD, Janesville, at 5:28 p.m. Aug. 13. Tara K. Philips, 23, of 6219 S. Highway 51, No. 92, Janesville, was driving north on Highway 51 when a passing truck flipped a rock into her van's windshield, which shattered. Philips was able to pull safely to the side of the road. A 10-month-old baby in the van was transported to a local hospital with minor cuts and scrapes. No citations were issued.

Charged

-- ROYAL L. POWELL III, 29, of 518 S. Academy St., Janesville, with two counts of party to manufacturing or delivering cocaine. Powell is accused of delivering crack cocaine for a dealer in Janesville in December and January.
