Businesses encouraged to complete survey

Businesses of all sizes, industry sectors and ownership structures are encouraged to participate in the 2012 Salary & Benefits Survey, a collaborative project between Rock County 5.0 and the Blackhawk Human Resource Association.

The survey compiles current pay rate information on a variety of jobs and the fringe benefit practices of employers throughout the greater Rock County area.

Astron Solutions, a human resources consulting firm, will administer the survey through a web-based format. To comply with federal guidelines, individual participant responses will remain confidential and only aggregate data will be reported.

A cross-section of county employers will receive an email this week encouraging participation.

Interested participants can access the survey by visiting astronsolutions.net /surveys/bhra2012. Follow the registration information and begin entering data. When finished, remember to logout or exit the page.

Deadline is Friday, Aug. 24, and a final report will be released in September. For technical support questions, call Jennifer Loftus or Brendan Williams at 1-800-520-3889.

Rock County 5.0 is a five-year public/private economic development initiative designed to reposition and revitalize Rock County's economy.
