— The trend is over for the Beloit Snappers.

After failing to win two games in a row all season, the Snappers finally accomplished the feat Wednesday afternoon.

Eddie Rosario drove in two runs and Adam Bryant scored twice to lead Beloit to a 6-3 Midwest League win over Kane County in the final game of the three–game series between the teams.

Beloit (7-6) had not won or lost two straight games the entire season before Wednesday’s win.

Steven Grover (1-1) picked up the win, while Ryan O’Rourke earned his first save of the season with a scoreless ninth.

Beloit begins a six-game road trip with a three-game series at South Bend starting tonight.
