-- A 15-YEAR-OLD BOY, at 5 p.m. Saturday in the 1300 block of Beloit Avenue, Janesville, was referred to juvenile authorities on a charge of robbery. Arrested in the same incident was JASPER N. RIST, 34, of 210 Riverside St., Janesville on a charge of party to the crime of robbery and ANDREW I. RIST, 17, of 210 Riverside St., Janesville on a charge of disorderly conduct.
Intoxicated driving arrests
-- RICHARD R. LEITZ, 25, of 1407 Frederick St., Janesville at 3:44 a.m. Saturday at South Pearl Street and Rockport Road, Janesville. It was reported as his third arrest on a drunken-driving charge.
-- COUNTY J AND BUCKSKIN ROAD, MONROE TOWNSHIP, 3:33 a.m. Saturday. A car driven by Charles T. Randall, 30, of Rockton, Ill. was southbound on County J when he reportedly fell asleep. The vehicle entered the west shoulder Randall over-corrected and began sliding across the road. The car left the east side of the road, traveled over a culvert, went airborne, cleared Buckskin Creek and collided with the embankment on the other side. Green County deputies had to break a window to free Randall because the vehicle was leaking gas and smoking. Randall was reported transported for medical attention. Randall was cited for operating while intoxicated and inattentive driving.
