Wilmot High School improved to 5-0 by gaining 520 total yards in a 49-6 victory over host Union Grove in Southern Lakes football Friday night.

Wilmot quarterback Chris Nelson rushed nine times for 67 yards, including a 7-yard touchdown, and completed 13 of 24 passes for 233 yards and three scores as the Panthers climbed to 3-0 ion the conference.

Matt Christensen caught nine passes for 200 yards, including touchdowns covering 10 and 17 yards.

Union Grove fell to 0-5, 0-3.
